{Rerun} EP30 - Letting Go of Other People’s Opinions

In this week’s rerun episode I talk about letting go of other people’s opinions. Caring about what others think is a natural part of being human, but I've learned to care a lot less than I used to. It’s not about flipping off everyone else's opinions and solely focusing on yourself, I'm suggesting something different. It's about shifting the importance we give to others' opinions and prioritising our own self-perception.  Your opinion of yourself matters the most because you're the one living your life, nobody else. So, in this episode I am going to share a handful of things you can start doing to begin letting go of the fear of judgement from others.  You will learn about: Why other people’s opinions have NOTHING to do with you What the ‘spotlight theory’ is and how it can transform your confidence The reason embarrassing situations are “embarrassing” What other people’s opinions are a projection of How to show up authentically and prioritise your opinion How you can truly break free from seeking approval and attract the right people into your life - If you are regularly tuning into the podcast and getting value from it, you can rate the show on Spotify or leave a review on Apple Podcasts.
