My list of WHYs that I keep by my bed and read and add to often in order to stay on track! When your WHY is bigger than your how (from my Mary Kay training a few years ago:))! You can make it happen. Remember your reasons for the change you want to make and (like Jodi Moore with Better than Happy(used to be Bold New Mom, love her podcast, she inspired me!!)) She talks about finding your motivation by finding the reasons and one that is especially emotional for you will help you to make a permanent change.
