Write On with Screenwriting Fellows, WGA East's Made In NY Writers Room

We recently sat down with members of the Made in NY Writers Room - Sarah Kraus, Sofia Quintero, Bryan Parker and Joyce Wu - to learn more about their incredible experience with mentors like Beau Willimon (House of Cards).

Like with any fellowship or lab, the fellows hope to "get in the door" or be staffed in a writers room. But Made in NY gives them the confidence that having their own TV show on the air is a very real possibility.   

The Made in NY Writers Room is made up of fellows of diverse backgrounds from New York City. The fellows must meet specific application criteria, including a nomination from a recommending organization or membership in the Writers Guild of America, East.
