Ageism, in general, is so detrimental but when it comes to sexuality, it can shut you down. It can prevent you from enjoying pleasure during each and every stage of your life. It holds you back with limiting beliefs like “I am too old for…” which by the way are almost never true. In this episode I will share with you my perspective on aging.
