What Is Therapeutic Yin Yoga?
What is therapeutic Yoga, what is a Yoga therapist, What is therapeutic Yin Yoga and how has that affected my Yin training? So what do I mean when I say that I teach Therapeutic Yin Yoga, what does that even mean? How did I change the way I taught Yin Yoga and trained teachers after taking my Yoga Therapy training and my Traditional Chinese Medicine studies? Well, for me, it's now a combination of Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine. In this episode, I'm going to just clarify how I'm defining these things. Because Yoga is an unregulated industry, there is a little bit of a wild, wild west with how we use words and what definitions things have.
