Diagnosed with PTSD and ADHD in my thirties (Lisa)
I feel called to share my experience over the last 2 years as I navigated my mental health struggles, and got deeper into my self awareness and healing journey. I stepped out of denial after years of suppression, and I feel so much more free. I hope this episode brings awareness and encourages you to look after yourself, ask for what you need and accept support where needed. You are innately worthy, regardless of it all. 75% of women with ADHD don’t get diagnosed until later in life, a lifetime of suppressing and masking, to fit in. The diagnosis has helped me manage things better, I know myself and how my brain works much better, which has led to so many improvements in my life. You deserve the same. Lots of love, Lisa x
