How We Agile: Dinner

We always talk about dinner plans during our daily standup.

I feel the dinner decision meme so hard. The decision really doesn't seem important for me, but it is for everyone else.

When the kids started attending school, we decided to do a sprint and set up food days so that the kids knew what day of the week it was based on the food theme.

We give options that they can decide on their own. For example, on Taco Tuesday, we put everything that they could want on the table and they get to pick.

Dessert is always given and it is never discussed. They can eat it first. This keeps our meals peaceful.

We like to Agile dinner because it is an immediate feedback loop. It makes it easy to change things around and be flexible with dinner plans.
