Why a To-Do List Prevents Meaningful Self-Care

Self-care is not the answer to burn out or overwhelm from your to do list.  However, your to do list is preventing you from having meaningful self-care.  A running to do list that is never-ending makes it hard for you to feel like you actually accomplished anything for the day. Instead of taking a break that you need, you feel bad because your list still has things on it. You need to have less things on your list. You need to delegate so that you can get to your goals.
