Word of the Year
It's time to talk about your word of the year. It can be so hard to pick a word for everything you want to accomplish and how you want to feel in the next year.
I recommend sitting down and writing all of the words and feelings and then picking one. For me, I picked advocate. It is important to me that I advocate for myself, my children and my community.
Your word of the year becomes your compass.
