If you've found yourself scrolling on Instagram or TikTok when you suddenly come across a video where someone is talking about a health issue they have (i.e. cancer, heart attacks, etc) or any other disease and it instantly makes you feel triggered - then this episode is for you!

I talk about why your mind starts to latch onto someone else's health issue once you see the video on social media, or you hear/read about the story from somewhere else which makes you immediately think that you're going to get it too.

I share different strategies for how to manage these triggers whenever they come up. Because as we all know, it can be easy for your mind to spiral down the "what if" rabbit hole and it feels hard to pull yourself out from the constant worry cycle...

So I want to make sure that you leave the episode feeling more empowered with new strategies and ways that you can reframe these thoughts, fears, and situations so that you don't continue to insert yourself into someone else's health-related story or become triggered by them anymore!
