E6 | Be Careful Of The Language You Use
In this podcast I talk about the 'but, the 'trying' and the unnecessary disclaimers we use when we talk about ourselves and our work. For the record, it's fine to say you are self-taught, if you are saying this in a positive sense, and one that is being celebrated. Being self-taught is an incredible achievement. But, when we use this as a disclaimer, because we are feeling doubt or worry over our 'credibility' then don't do it.
