301: Start Working ON, Not IN Your Business
For new entrepreneurs, running your own business is oftentimes a one man show. It’s ‘doing the work’ and wearing all the many hats needed to hustle and keep things going. However, the hustle hard mentality leads you to only working in your business. Which in effect distracts you from focusing on your main role – growing the business. The goal is to create the time and space to start working ON your business.
