Ricardo Moniz is regarded as the world's leading skills coach. His time at Spurs as first team skills coach left a legacy on the whole club but particularly the Academy. He has also worked at the Red Bull Clubs, Hamburg and Feyenoord. He has also has stints in management in England and Europe. Ricardo, a disciple of Wiel Coerver took his work to the next level and has helped inspire coaches from all around the world including Saul who regards Ricardo as pivotal in helping him develop his Dynamic Ball Mastery methodology.
