Politics in the workplace? This week one of the many dot-connections from ZEITGUIDE'S Culture Class was what Brad calls "The Workplace (R)evolution. The workplace has been "evolving" with open spaces and ping pong tables, and now we are embarking on several examples of employees initiating "revolutions" against their employers. Just this week, Amazon employees announced a walkout during the Climate Change UN meeting. This trend coincides with the CEO becoming more of a "political" leader.
