13. Improving self-confidence and staying resilient

What is self-confidence? Is it something we can develop or is it inherent? If we can develop it, how so? And why is it so important? All of these questions I address in this episode alongside why building resilience plays a key role in self-confidence too. I finish by looking at 4 key psychological assets that I believe resilient people have and how we can apply them to our own lives.
