#108: This mom shares how her struggles with an eating disorder since age 8 ultimately led to a career as a dietician/food therapist specializing in intuititve eating and anti-dieting

Courtney Vickery is a local multi-passionate mom of two.  During COVID she chose to leave her job as a dietician with a hospital wellness center to start her own intuitive eating coaching business, working 1:1 with clients as a food therapist.   She also teaches at a local university and has a side business doing website design and branding!  Courtney explains how she periodically does an energy audit to determine which activities need to stay and which ones need to go.  For those of you who have a lot of balls in the air, you'll relate to Courtney!  I loved her honesty and courage as she talked about growing up with an eating disorder and how this helped chart her path to where she is today!
